Based on our current fleet and expected demand, the following is our current interest for each type of RV.
RVs must be newer than 2020 (completely refurbished units may be considered).
Older units (2016 and newer) in very good condition may be added to our last minute backup fleet.
(i.e. if a unit breaks down and we need to fill a rental at the last minute)

Rental revenues and mileage fees are split 50/50.
Money collected for damages, penalties, tickets, and fines are excluded from commissions.
0% from revenues for add-ons (e.g. camping chairs, BBQs, etc)
You absolutely can! Whenever your unit is available, you just contact us to book out your unit with 48 hours notice and we’ll make sure it’s ready for you.
The only blackout dates where we require all units to be available for rent is the August long weekend.
Payments are sent monthly. The amount is calculated based on return date of a unit. i.e. an RV is rented from July 28th to August 2nd then the payment will be calculated for August.
Yes, we offer discounted rates for storage in the off season for all consignees.
Contracts are on a season-by-season basis.
ICBC offers insurance needed for your RV. We require all owners to carry a $300 deductible.
It’s your choice and whether your RV will be pet friendly or not.
Pet friendly RVs can get more rentals.
We only allow dogs and no other pets.
What happens if my RV is damaged during a rental?
This is by far the biggest concern for owners and we understand how important this issue is so let’s address it right here.
You’ve spent a lot of money to purchase the RV so it’s important that your RV value isn’t reduced due to damages. Fortunately we have an excellent process in place for discovering any issues or damage that may occur during a rental.
If something does happen, the renter is responsible for any costs.
Our maintenance staff are very capable of fixing any minor issues or repairs that may occur so we will address those promptly.
While it’s rare that any major damage occurs, we have an excellent relationship with experienced RV technicians and RV shops that can handle any major issues.
And if any insurance claims are required, we will handle most of that process. Fortunately with ICBC, your premiums will not increase if any claims are required.
With all that said, there will obviously be normal wear and tear from the additional use of your RV. Generally the revenue far outpaces the cost of wear and tear.
In summary, our program is designed to remove as many concerns and barriers as possible so you can turn your RV into a worry-free, money generating machine.
